AssetWise Partners with Takara Leben, a Major Japanese Real Estate Ally, to Invest in the 4th Project Modiz Vault Kaset - Sripratum Worth Over 2.2 Billion Baht
AssetWise continues to develop projects by partnering with Takara Leben, a leading developer from Japan, to sustain strong growth with the launch of their 4th joint venture project, Modiz Vault Kaset - Sripratum, a new lifestyle condominium that is pet-friendly, located adjacent to Kasetsart University and near Sripatum University, valued at over 2.2 billion baht. Revenue is expected to be recognized in Q1/2026 after the successful collaboration on three previous projects, which received positive feedback, reinforcing confidence in the ongoing growth of the Thai real estate market.

Mr. Kramchad Wiphanpong, CEO of AssetWise Public Company Limited, stated that one of the key strategies for continuous growth is partnering with capable allies to develop quality projects that meet customer demands. Previously, the company has collaborated with Takara Leben Co., Ltd., a leading real estate developer from Japan, on three condominium projects with a total value exceeding 5 billion baht, all of which have been completed and are ready for occupancy.

“Recently, AssetWise has moved forward to co-invest with the Takara Leben group to develop the Modiz Vault Kaset - Sripratum project, valued at over 2.2 billion baht. Takara Leben has always been a reliable business partner, marking this as the 4th investment project where AssetWise holds a 51% stake and Takara Leben holds 49%. The Modiz Vault Kaset - Sripratum project is strategically located near Kasetsart University and Sripatum University, adjacent to the new Phaholyothin-Vibhavadi road, close to the BTS Green Line, job opportunities, and caters to a balanced lifestyle. It also features a pet-friendly zone, and the project has already received EIA approval and is currently under construction, expected to be completed and generate revenue in Q1/2026,” said Mr. Kramchad.
